Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.

7+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or outside counsel tech commercial and partnership counseling.

Proven ability to independently lead and manage complex negotiations for strategic tech partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts with senior business stakeholders and external partners.

Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models.

Demonstrated excellence in legal drafting, clear communication, and effective stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with Big 4 firms or major cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).

Experience in developing scalable legal frameworks for long-term ecosystem growth and providing expert guidance on intellectual property, data usage, confidentiality, and regulatory matters within partnership programs.

A 'builder mindset' with the ability to create and scale legal functions and frameworks within a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment.

Lead Legal Counsel
Serve as the lead legal counsel for all strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives.
Structure & Negotiate Agreements
Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of complex strategic tech partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts.
Provide Expert Guidance
Offer guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations pertinent to partnership programs.
Optimize Ecosystem
Support the ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements to foster long-term growth and compliance.
Build Scalable Frameworks

As our US Partnerships Counsel, you will be the lead legal advisor for all strategic partnerships, driving our growth through robust legal frameworks and expert negotiation.
Lead Partnerships Legal
Serve as the lead legal counsel for all strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives, ensuring legal integrity and strategic alignment.
Draft & Negotiate Agreements
Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of complex partnership agreements, securing favorable terms and mitigating risks.
Provide IP & Regulatory Guidance
Offer expert guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations pertinent to partnership programs.
Optimize Ecosystem Agreements
Support the ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements to foster long-term growth and compliance.
Build Scalable Legal Frameworks

Essential Qualifications for Success

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and possesses the following critical qualifications:
US Bar Admission
Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
Tech Commercial Expertise
7+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or outside counsel tech commercial and partnership counseling experience.
Expert Negotiator
Proven ability to independently lead complex negotiations for strategic tech partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts with senior business stakeholders and external partners.
Cloud & Platform Savvy
Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Excellent drafting, clear communication, and effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
