Proven experience selling directly into banks (critical requirement)

Strong, active network within banks in your region

Existing relationships in: banks, financial institutions, real estate finance teams.

Experience selling solutions related to: risk, portfolio management, compliance / regulatory reporting.

Role overview

Fronted is hiring a on behalf of Netto for Country Manager to build and scale Netto in a local banking market.

This is a hands-on commercial role focused entirely on enterprise sales into banks and financial institutions.

You will own a market and be responsible for independently driving growth through your network, outreach, and direct sales execution.

You will have full support from HQ in Norway, but full ownership of execution locally.

Lead the charge in sustainable real estate finance.

What you’ll do
Market ownership
Build and grow Netto in your assigned country. Establish presence in the local banking ecosystem. Position Netto with key financial institutions.
Also, engage decision-makers in: lending, credit risk, real estate / mortgage finance, portfolio management.
Enterprise sales (core focus
Own full B2B cycle into banks: prospecting, booking meetings, stakeholder engagement. negotiation and closing.

Leverage your existing banking network to open doors and accelerate deals.

Pipeline & execution
Independently generate and manage pipeline in target banks, book meetings with relevant stakeholders in financial institutions, drive revenue growth through direct enterprise sale.
Value positioning
Translate Netto into clear banking value: portfolio optimization, risk visibility, regulatory readiness, improved real estate financing decisions.
