Relevant experiences

Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar HR/compliance-related role, ideally in a B2B service environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage worker lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments), ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Proven experience in providing responsive, clear, and professional support to clients and workers on HR operational topics.

Exceptional attention to detail, leading to low error rates in contracts and data, and the ability to manage multiple parallel requests.

Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills.

A positive, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude, comfortable with various systems and tools, and adaptable to a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Great communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Basic AI literacy and a genuine curiosity to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Track record of identifying inefficiencies and contributing to building scalable HR operational workflows.

Exposure to EOR/COR global employment models.

Experience working with international clients or teams.

What you'll do

Coordinate the end-to-end worker lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors globally.

Draft and manage employment and contractor agreements, and process amendments like salary changes or role updates.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and contractors, providing responsive support on HR operational topics, contracts, and basic payroll/invoicing queries.

Execute EOR/COR requests within internal systems, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

Actively identify and implement improvements to streamline HR operational processes and build scalable workflows.

Manage and maintain accurate worker data in internal systems, ensuring consistency and supporting data integrity.
