What you'll do
Launch and grow Kobbr in Sweden
Own the full B2B sales cycle end-to-end
Target service contractors
Build pipeline through outbound outreach and local networking
Translate a tech product into simple, practical value for non-tech buyers
Close deals and grow recurring revenue
Provide market feedback and help refine go-to-market strategy
Who you are
Commercially driven with strong ownership mindset
Curious and genuinely interested in how small businesses operate
Able to explain tech tools in a simple, practical way
Resilient and persistent (comfortable with no-shows and informal environments)
Down-to-earth and relationship-oriented
Experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred
Swedish market knowledge

About the job
Kobbr is expanding from Norway into Sweden and they partnered with Fronted to find hands-on Country Manager to build the market from the ground up.
You will launch and grow the Swedish market: owning sales, building relationships, closing customers, and shaping how we position ourselves locally. This is a builder role: you start by doing the work yourself and grow into broader leadership as the market scales.
