Highlights
Relevant experiences
2–5 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience with at least 1–2 years selling into European enterprise/mid-market
B2B SaaS outbound experience - prospected, cold-called, and booked meetings in B2B SaaS. No exceptions.
European market experience - understand DACH, UK, French, or Benelux business culture, communication styles, and buying behaviors.
Enterprise / complex sale exposure - multi-stakeholder deals, navigating procurement, building champions.
Excellent English (mandatory baseline) plus strong professional proficiency (B2/C1+) in at least one target market language: German, French, or Dutch.
Strong on the phone - comfortable cold-calling European executives in both English and local language
Nice to Have
Experience at a sales agency, outsourced SDR firm, or multi-client environment
Technical sales background (AI/ML, cybersecurity, MarTech, SaaS infrastructure)
Multiple EU languages (e.g. German + French, or Dutch + English + German)
Track record of exceeding meeting/pipeline quotas by 120%+
Based in or familiar with operating from Kosova

Competitive base + performance variable (70/30 or 60/40 base/variable split), benchmarked to Kosovo/regional market with EU-level performance expectations
Variable tied to meetings booked, SQLs generated, pipeline value — NOT closed-won revenue Accelerators for exceeding quota (120%+ = 1.5x commission multiplier)
