Based in the Philippines and available for full-time work (40 hours/week).

Proven B2B SDR or lead generation experience, preferably in the IT sector.

Proficient with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email automation, and CRMs.

Experience targeting SMB to mid-market companies in international markets.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the job
This is a unique opportunity to join our client, EYER AI, as a B2B Sales Development Representative. You will be at the forefront of their expansion into the European market, responsible for generating high-quality leads within the IT segment. If you are a tenacious and tech-savvy sales professional based in the Philippines, this long-term remote role is your chance to make a significant impact.
Research and identify key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Ops Managers, etc.) within European SMB & mid-market companies.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate initial interest.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and book discovery meetings for the closing team.
Meticulously track all prospecting and engagement activities in the Attio CRM.
Work closely with the North Scale support team to refine your strategy and exceed targets.

As a Sales Development Representative for EYER AI, you are more than just a lead generator; you are a market builder. Your primary mission is to build the sales pipeline from the ground up in a new territory. You will be targeting European companies (€10M–€100M revenue) that rely on monitoring platforms like Grafana, positioning EYER AI's solution as the next logical step in their operational intelligence.

This is a highly autonomous role where your strategic thinking and persistence will be key. You will be the crucial first touchpoint for potential clients, setting the stage for the sales team to demonstrate the product's value. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the North Scale team, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to succeed and grow.
