What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in B2B sales within AV, IT hardware, unified communications, or technology distribution.

Full professional proficiency in French and English required, comfortable representing a technology brand in French and English daily.

Energetic, field-oriented, and relationship-driven — you enjoy being in front of people, not behind a desk.

Commercially sharp — you track your pipeline, understand what drives partner behavior, and know how to lead and close sales opportunities.

Excited by the idea of building and managing your own sales region, not just maintaining it.

Bonus Points if You

Have an existing network of AV/IT resellers or integrators in France, Belgium, or the Netherlands.

Have worked on the reseller/integration, manufacturer, or distribution side of the industry — you understand how the channel partners think.

Have some technical knowledge within AV/UC/IT

Speak Dutch or Flemish, in addition to French and English, for deeper engagement in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Have worked in a growth-stage company where you had to take responsibility, create a structured plan, and execute on your strategy.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Sales Manager to own and develop our business across France and the Benelux region. This is a field-first role, requiring significant time visiting partners, attending events, and actively cultivating a market presence that drives consistent revenue. France and Benelux are markets where Huddly has real traction, existing partner relationships, and strong growth potential, and you will be instrumental in unlocking that potential. You'll work directly with our channel partners and end-customers, ensuring Huddly is the preferred camera solution for their projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on genuine commercial ownership — building on an already strong foundation rather than starting from scratch. While the territory covers France and Benelux, we are looking for candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands, as this is where the role will be formally employed.

What You'll Do
🤝
Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners — resellers, AV integrators, and distributors — in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, driving them to actively promote and sell Huddly.
🚗
Visit your key partners regularly — training their sales and solutions teams, supporting demos, and ensuring Huddly is top of mind when projects are being specified.

Generate and develop end-customer pipeline by working closely with and through partner sales organizations, supporting them in end-customer opportunities.

Identify and onboard new reseller and integrator partners to grow our footprint in the region.
🗓️
Represent Huddly at regional trade shows, partner events, and industry activities.

Provide regular reporting to VP Sales on pipeline, partner activity, market trends, and opportunities.
👥
Collaborate closely with the wider EMEA commercial team, including the VP Sales who makes regular customer and partner visits in your region.
