Experience in streamlining and automating customer-facing processes, particularly onboarding.
A solid understanding of product development cycles and how to provide actionable, data-driven input.

About the job
This is a critical role designed to be the driving force behind our growth by offloading the CEO. You will take full ownership of our marketing funnel (AARRR), product marketing, and customer operational tasks. Your mission is to drive product adoption, deepen our customer understanding, and build a scalable growth engine. This is a high-autonomy role for a proactive individual ready to make a significant impact.

We're looking for the person who will own and operate our growth machine. This isn't a typical marketing role where you're handed a fixed budget and a narrow brief. This is a business-building role.
You'll work directly with the CEO to set strategy and then have the autonomy to execute it across the full AARRR funnel—from attracting users to making them successful advocates for Vouch.
The seniority of this role is flexible because we care more about your abilities and drive than your title. For a highly meritorious candidate, this could be a 'Head of' position with future management responsibilities.
